What We Did
Munch Ado took Under the Bridge’s signature approach to simple dining online and used social media and marketing to double their brand awareness in just 60 days. We worked to position Under the Bridge as the fastest way to Greece from Manhattan, doubling their website visitors in the process.
How We Did It
During our strategy meeting with Under the Bridge, Munch Ado’s social and marketing teams decided to create an easy, breezy air and voice for the brand online to match with its no-worries sensibility. All the content and assets we created around Under the Bridge married the bright and light look and feel of the restaurant with the “One Bite to Greece” mantra we created.
We scheduled two rounds of photoshoots at Under the Bridge to capture the finished dishes, imported wines, and to give a behind the scenes look at the quality ingredients being masterfully prepared the traditional Greek way.
Bright and light were our guiding principles for the Under the Bridge website. We wanted to quickly tell the story of how the freshest food made just the right way is transporting New Yorkers to Greece.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Our social media team took over Under the Bridge’s Facebook and Instagram accounts and began posting more regularly and engaging with customer comments. We’ve curated a style of posting and storytelling that’s both in line with the brand and popular with customers.
Under the Bridge does a little bit of everything from catering to wine by the glass, but what’s at the heart of the restaurants is its connection to and passion for Greek cuisine, culture and life. The marketing we created put the Greek connection front and center as we educated customers about all the different offerings of Under the Bridge.
